Composing your menu
Upon hearing from you, I suggest 3 seasonal dining experience suggestions: Each suggestion consists of 6 courses. Your courses can be swapped and tailored to meet your individual preferences and dietary requirements.
Please ensure that any allergy information is communicated for your safety and comfort.
Drinks
I do not sell drinks - Drinks are very much depending on the personal preferences. From aperitif, wine or sake, then coffee and night cap, I would leave it up to my customers.
Wine-pairing is also a big theme. I have my favourite bottles and make recommendations, but it is up to you to arrange for your day.

If you need a help for table setting, please let me know.
Payment
Payment can be done after the end of the dining service by TWINT or a bank remittance. Invoice is issued to the attention of your request.
